Shannon Davis is founder and managing attorney at Davis Law Group, where she brings over a decade of experience in family law, civil and business litigation. She’s dedicated to strategic advocacy — helping clients resolve conflict, protect their rights, and maintain dignity throughout the legal process.

Will Calloway serves as Chief Implementation Officer at Davis Law Group Trial Attorneys, driving operational excellence and seamless execution across the firm’s services. He leverages his expertise in tech, logistics, and client experience to streamline firm operations and deliver cutting-edge legal services.

A seasoned and tested trial lawyer, Tracey drives complex matters forward with crisp strategy and courtroom poise—her many accomplishments include presenting oral argument before the Supreme Court of Georgia. She pairs decisive advocacy with practical, results-oriented counseling.

Jephonne Roy, founder of J. Roy Law Firm, is a powerhouse family-law litigator, Guardian Ad Litem, and personal injury attorney known for her fierce client-centered courtroom advocacy.   

Dr. O’Brien brings more than 21 years of legal experience to Davis Law Group, with a practice focused on family law, bankruptcy, and child welfare matters. Throughout her career, she has represented individuals and children in some of the most sensitive and high-stakes legal proceedings, combining strong courtroom advocacy with a deep understanding of the human impact of legal conflict.

Dr. O’Brien is admitted to practice before Georgia’s State and Superior Courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Kristin Harding is a paralegal who keeps cases moving—managing filings, deadlines, and client communications with meticulous attention to detail. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, which enhances her ability to support complex financial and litigation matters.
